Assessment Tool

Schaffer Consulting has developed an assessment tool to explore four areas managers can exploit to gain greater control over their organizations and to improve business results. This online survey explores complexity originating from organization and structure; products and services; processes and managerial behaviors. This tool is currently in its beta (test) version.

The feedback report from this survey provides a meaningful and compelling opportunity for organization members to build alignment on the most critical improvement priorities before moving forward. The feedback report provides a complexity "heat map" comparing the four sources, as well as respondents' assessments of the costs of each type of complexity. The responses can be cut by demographics and regions, and, as the database grows, benchmarking against similar organizations will become possible. See a sample feedback report.
