High-Impact Consulting Workshop
Based on the book, High-Impact Consulting, by Robert Schaffer, the workshop explores how to increase a consultant's value by closing the gap between the consultant's expert input and the client's readiness to act. Three overall subjects are covered in detail:
- Understanding the client organization
- Building effective working relationships
- Helping clients achieve results
Each workshop typically includes consultants from a dozen or more companies who work in small groups to do role-plays and self-diagnoses and to apply the consulting concepts to their own projects. Participants leave with new skills and plans for building continuous learning into their work with clients.
Schaffer Consulting offers High-Impact Consulting Workshops periodically throughout the year in our Stamford, Connecticut headquarters. Upcoming Workshops are scheduled for October 21- 22, 2010, March 10 - 11, 2011 and September 15 - 16, 2011.
