Wes Siegal is an organizational psychologist with special
expertise in the creation of programs that blend development
with the achievement of measurable outcomes most
notably at the Haas School of Business and at ING.
Wes has helped dozens of top-tier organizations transcend
the organizational dynamics that so often frustrate critical
strategic goals. In his role as Schaffer Consultings practice
development leader, he has worked with clients to create
programs that deliver breakthrough results in areas as diverse
as sales growth, manufacturing efficiency, certification
of renewable energy sources, and HIV mitigation in developing
countries.
Wes leads High-Impact Consulting, Schaffer Consultings public
consulting workshop. He has spoken about consulting and
change dynamics at the national SIOP and ASTD conferences,
and he has written about these topics in recent articles
in Consulting to Management and an upcoming issue
of Leader to Leader. Wes also recently had a chapter
selected for inclusion in the upcoming collection Working
with Difficult Groups, to be released in 2010.
Wes has an undergraduate degree in Cultural Anthropology
from Brown University, and a Ph.D. (Honors) in Organizational
Psychology from Columbia University.
