Paul Grobler is an affiliate with Schaffer Consulting. Paul is the founder of Growth-Link - a consulting firm specializing in Leadership Assessment, Development, and Organizational Performance Improvement in Africa since 2001.
He has twenty years of experience in Leadership development and the establishment of Corporate Universities in the African Context. The ISCOR Centre for Leadership was established and managed by him between 1995-2001.
In his role as Managing Director of Growth-Link, a company he founded, Paul facilitated various Leadership Development projects, established Corporate Universities, and Implemented Performance Enhancement projects with the top 100 companies in Africa, especially in the mining environment. Paul Grobler has executed numerous Leadership and Occupational Assessment projects within BHP Billiton since 2007 and managed the relationship with executive leaders within the organisation.
The last decade he acted as speaker and business advisor in the field of leadership, and performance improvement. He holds a BCOM (Hons) degree at the University of Pretoria with various diplomas and certificates in the filed of business improvement.
