Dr. Patrice Murphy has worked for over twenty years with organizations to develop their capability for organizational change and to achieve rapid shifts in performance. Recent clients include Zurich Financial Services, ConEdison, Citigroup, and Fuji Film USA.
She was a contributing author of The GE Work-Out: How to Implement GE's Revolutionary Method for Busting Bureaucracy and Attacking Organizational Problems - Fast! (McGraw-Hill, 2002).

Patrice has led numerous executive development programs and graduate courses on performance management and organizational change in the US, Australia, New Zealand, U.K., Singapore and Malaysia.
Patrice has a PhD. in management and organizational behavior from New York University. She also has a BA, an MBA and a Masters of Labor Law and Relations from the Universities of Melbourne and Sydney.
