Miguel Angel Puerta

Miguel Puerta is an affiliate with Schaffer Consulting. He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Mexico) and a master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from the same college. He completed his studies at INSEAD (France), obtaining a graduate's degree of Diploma in Clinical Organizational Psychology. He was certified as Ontological Coach by the firm Newfield Consulting and as High-Impact Consultant for Change Acceleration Processes (CAP+ and WorkOut) by the American consulting firm Schaffer Consulting

During his professional career he has been in various positions in Production, Logistics, Financial Planning, Industrial Safety, Training and Development, Human Resources, and Customer Service. In his last period as Learning and Organizational Development Director, he was responsible for the internal consulting team of an important Mexican industrial group, where he facilitated high-impact execution and change processes with multidisciplinary teams and their leaders to achieve rapid results for goals as diverse as working capital reduction, savings in procurement and consumption of direct and indirect materials, sales and market share growth, new product introduction, automotive casting launchings, improvement in productivity, and quality performance indicators, among others.
