Justin Wasserman

For Justin Wasserman, an important piece of his work with clients is helping them translate their long-term strategy into manageable projects that will deliver immediate improvements in their organization's performance. For some clients that may mean helping to clarify and execute their growth strategy and for others, cutting costs or improving organizational efficiencies. He enjoys working with organizations to understand their unique business issues and partnering with them to design approaches that will deliver breakthrough and sustainable results.

Over the past decade, Justin has worked around the world across a spectrum of industries. His engagements have dealt with a broad range of business challenges including large-scale organizational transformation, performance improvement, leadership development, acquisition integration, growth, talent strategies, and customer satisfaction. Some of Justin's past and present clients include Zurich Financial Services, Citigroup, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, CLIFFS NATURAL RESOURCES, Iberdrola USA, SEIU Local 1199, Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Centers, and Say Yes to Education.

Although there are common themes to the challenges businesses face, each project presents Justin with an opportunity to explore the unique aspects of the client's strategy, their business environment, and the dynamics within their organization. He understands how the human factors in an organization play a critical role in successfully changing behaviors on an organizational level. Client readiness-the desire to take immediate action and capability to get something done-is critical to any successful endeavor. Justin has found, given the opportunity and with some guidance and support, individuals-and by extension, organizations-will step up to challenges they never thought possible.

In addition to his client work, Justin has been a guest lecturer at Columbia University, The Milano Business School, and the Organizational Development Network.

Justin earned his Master's degree from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology with an emphasis in change management. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with minors in Biology and Chemistry, from the University of San Diego. Justin and his family are currently based in Connecticut.
