Claude G. Guay

Claude Guay is partner emeritus of Schaffer Consulting and has been associated with the firm for over 30 years. He is based in Montreal, Canada.

He has helped managers in Canada and in the USA introduce changes in ways that produced significant increases in performance in operational areas such as sales, manufacturing, and distribution as well as in various functional departments.

Mr. Guay has conducted seminars and workshops on High-Impact Consulting, Results-Driven Change, Managing by Results vs. Activities, and Implementing Teamwork for Increased Results. He has written articles in French and in English on the topics of Results-Focused Management Development, Productivity Improvement, and How Managers Can Best Mobilize and Empower Their Resources.

After obtaining his bachelor degree in engineering, he worked as an internal consultant in the fields of industrial engineering, management development, and information systems in manufacturing as well as service organizations. He earned his MBA from McGill University.
