Alejandro Dávila

Alejandro Dávila is an affiliate with Schaffer Consulting. After having worked for over 15 years in several business areas, now as a consultant for over 5 years, he has performed work for various Mexican firms, defining and organizing complex projects and facilitating high-impact execution and change processes. Using Schaffer Consulting models, methods, and practices, he has conducted working sessions with multidisciplinary teams and their leaders to achieve rapid results for goals as diverse as working capital reduction, savings in procurement and consumption of direct and indirect materials, sales growth, pricing management process, new product introduction, new product launches, call center cost-per-call reduction, and maintenance indicator improvement.

Alejandro earned his BS in Computer Systems from the Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila and his MBA from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. He is a Lean-Six-Sigma Black Belt and trained as an Ontological Coach by Newfield Consulting. He participated in the Advanced High-Impact Consulting program and specializes in the Schaffer Consulting WorkOut and Change Acceleration Processes.
