"Schaffer Consulting worked with us to build a unique model to drive process innovation and results at Stanford Hospital and Clinics. Working with their consultants we were able to layer the Schaffer Consulting "Rapid Results methodology" on our existing skills in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. The result was an exciting model that is based on solid industrial engineering principles but at the same time tuned for execution and results. Using the pressure of time as a forcing function, we developed a "90-Day Rapid Results" paradigm that has been deployed in about a dozen demonstration projects with promising results. The Schaffer Consulting consultants were most helpful in the design of this model as well as mentoring our project coaches on the "softer", but incredibly important, aspects of driving results in a complex environment: setting goals, facilitating teams, managing conflict, and driving sustainable change."
